There are no additional hidden fees or taxes applied at checkout — the price you see, plus the $15 shipping cost, is the total amount you pay.

After your order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3 to 6 business days for your package to reach you.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and the courier’s operational schedule.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time is 4 to 8 business days, which includes both handling and transit time.
For example, if your order is processed in 1 day and your shipping takes 5 days, you can expect your order within 6 days total.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear online after dispatch, depending on the courier’s system.

Delivery Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. We cannot modify addresses once an order is shipped, and incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or undeliverable shipments.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery details.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members, neighbors, or local post office first.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at help@brillory.store
with your order number, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
While Brillory is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.

Damaged Packages

We take great care to pack your order securely. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution — such as a replacement or store credit — based on our Return & Refund Policy.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the carrier, or refusal of delivery, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
You may request reshipment by paying a new shipping fee of $15 We recommend double-checking all shipping details before completing your purchase to avoid such issues.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or restricted zones. If an order is placed with an unsupported address type, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
